CASE STUDY 01

DirectlyApply

The Brief: Directly Apply were a startup looking to enter the competitive vertical of job searches and competing with the likes of Monster, Reed and Google itself with its job board in the US market.

The Process: To cut through the COVID newscycle, I came up with with Susan – the future of the remote worker. Working with a 3D designer, accompanied by expert commentary from a range of health, and fitness professionals, the campaign delivered viral success across international tier 1 news publications, and generated mass social buzz and a high volume of links to the site.

During my time at Kaizen, it grew in popularity so much that DirectlyApply got invited to be on Good Morning Britain (with a life sized model of Susan).

The Results:

207 Follow Links

450 pieces of coverage

Referral traffic: 16,845

Social Shares: 14,371

Following the success of this campaign during my time at Kaizen, we then launched a second iteration of the campaign called the Virtual Travel Dream Job which was a competition to get paid to review these iconic landmarks from home.
